1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on playdash22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the playdash22 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian phone number. Submission of false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. playdash22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

playdash22 is required to verify the identity of all registered users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Malaysia within the past three months); and
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement header or e-wallet screenshot).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of account functions, including the inability to process withdrawals.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing and using the playdash22 platform, you agree to comply with the following conduct standards. Violation of any of these conditions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable Malaysian or international law;
• Employ any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the Platform;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the software, APIs, or security systems of the Platform;

• Conduct or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through your playdash22 account;
• Use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to misrepresent your location;
• Abuse or exploit any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.

playdash22 reserves the right to void any bets, reverse any transactions, and permanently close any account found to be in breach of the above conditions.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

playdash22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction across all supported payment methods. There is no upper limit on deposits; however, transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced KYC review.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets (DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet) are prioritised for speed. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions.

playdash22 does not charge platform fees for standard withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which playdash22 bears no responsibility.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that were used for deposits on the same account.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• playdash22 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

playdash22 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following standard wagering multipliers apply to Bonus Funds credited to your account:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus: 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 188% Esports Welcome Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus: 8x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 Birthday and Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible accounts during the player's birthday month, subject to VIP tier status and account activity requirements. Referral bonuses are credited upon successful verification and qualifying deposit by the referred party. Self-referrals and referrals between the same household or device are not permitted.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on playdash22 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general bet terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the User. Verbal or typed intent to bet does not constitute a valid wager.
• Odds Changes: playdash22 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or withdraw any betting market at any time without notice. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in cases of obvious pricing errors, incomplete events, or circumstances rendering a market indeterminable. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time. Due to live-data latency, bets placed during stoppages in play or after decisive events may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• Maximum Payout: playdash22 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per event or market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be reduced accordingly.
• Results: Settled results are final once confirmed by the Platform. Disputes regarding result settlements must be raised with customer support within 7 days of the event conclusion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playdash22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

playdash22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not give rise to any liability on the part of playdash22.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by playdash22's negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

playdash22 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any related policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Opening of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Conduct that playdash22 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or the integrity of any game or betting market.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for cause, playdash22 may, at its discretion, withhold any pending withdrawals and Bonus Funds pending investigation. Real-money balances held at the time of closure for non-fraud-related reasons will be returned to the User following completion of any applicable review procedures.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending bonus wagering requirements are settled.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction. playdash22 reserves the right to bring claims against Users in the courts of the User's country of domicile.

playdash22 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
